Wednesday, Aug 13 - Executive Committee Meeting (By Invite Only)

  • 9:00 am - 3:00 pm: Sunshine Conference Room (380 28 Road Grand Junction, CO 81502)

  • 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Group tour of the “Grand Canyon of Colorado” followed by dinner at a winery

 

Thursday, Aug 14 - Sunshine Rides Open House

  • 8: 00 am: Sunshine Shuttle from downtown hotels to Sunshine Community (1321 Ute Avenue, Grand Junction, CO 81501)

  • 9:00 am: Welcome coffee and networking at Sunshine Community

  • 10:00 am: Sunshine Shuttle to Sunshine Rides HQ (380 28 Road Grand Junction, CO 81502)

  • 10:30 am: Tour facility and overview of the business

  • 12:00 pm: Lunch on site

  • 1:00 pm: Marketing and sales

  • 2:00 pm: Operations

  • 3:00 pm: Risk management and insurance

  • 4:00 pm: Technology

  • 5:00 pm: Group dinner

Friday, Aug 15 - Stretcher Training

  • 8:00 am-12:00 pm: Class and on-hand training

    • Sunshine Rides Training Room and Shop Area (380 28 Road Grand Junction, CO 81502)

    • Training by Melissa Jankowski

    • Maximum 15 students

    • Students must take the online course before the session – will get a certificate

  • 12:00 pm: Lunch on site

  • 1:00 pm: Adjourn
