Through the implementation of safety policies & practices, professional operators can reduce the likelihood of such incidents. Ensuring that drivers adhere to these safety practices and making sure that passengers are properly secured will help minimize the risk of incidents occurring. Additionally, being more conscious and thoughtful during the loading and unloading process will also contribute to this goal. During this session, we will discuss the common types of losses involving wheelchairs. These safety procedures should be in place regarding securement and best practices for handling wheelchairs and passengers.
