Largest US Taxi Operator to Take the Stage at Mobilize 2019

In a General Session at our annual convention last year, Bill George of WHC Worldwide spoke to the audience about why he is bullish on taxi companies. A year later, he’s proven he wasn’t kidding around.

At Mobilize 2019, this year’s annual convention just one week away, George returns to the stage to discuss the incredible events of the last 12 months that have made his company the largest taxicab operator in United States. George and his team of top executives will speak on Friday, Oct. 18 at this year’s annual convention, which will be held at Bally’s Las Vegas.

Capping a whirlwind year of acquisitions, WHC Worldwide LLC announced in August that it had acquired the taxi business from Transdev North America, including zTrip. The move pushed WHC Worldwide to the top of the industry by making it the largest national taxicab company in the United States. The acquisition was featured in the September issue The Transportation Alliance’s “Taxicab” newsletter.

With Mobilize 2019 bringing together the largest gathering of for-hire fleet owners to Las Vegas, The Transportation Alliance couldn’t pass up on hearing from the team behind WHC Worldwide’s huge year of acquisitions. The third and final General Session of Mobilize 2019 will feature some of the top WHC Worldwide executives, including CEO Bill George, Vice Chairman Jamie Campolongo, Regional Vice Presidents Dwight Kines and Terry O’Toole, and Director of Marketing & Recruiting Natalie Parra. Moderating the panel will be The Transportation Alliance President-elect Tom Arrighi. The panel will share insights on how the company operates and its various strategies pertaining to management, vehicles, risk, call centers, drivers and customers.

Want to hear more? Make your plans now to be in the room when George and his team talk about how to grow in today’s market. With Mobilize 2019 just one week away, there’s not a moment to waste: You can register for the convention, book your hotel and view our preliminary agenda all on The Transportation Alliance’s website.

We hope to see you in Las Vegas for all of your transportation needs!
